Viking Wrestling Club (formerly SMI) will be hosting their annual freestyle practices starting on Thursday, March 2nd. Practices will be every Monday and Thursday from 5:30-7pm with a few exceptions. Coaching and instruction will be done by the Augustana wrestlers and coaching staff. This practice is great for both beginners that are being introduced to freestyle and for advanced wrestlers who are looking to build their skills and knowledge.

Cost is $100
Each wrestler must have a current USA Membership (no folkstyle only memberships, must be full memberships) Those can be purchased at usawmembership.com or when you sign up at practice (a processing fee will be added for those that don't purchase their membership online through the USAW site. Any athlete who turns 18 during 2023 must purchase the membership online before they can attend practice.)
