Coach Mouw at DWU has done a tremendous job of getting that program on the up swing. Numerous recruits seem to continue to roll in and with the addition of Women's wrestling, my vote goes to DWU.

I feel Northern has made the biggest jumps. They are starting to bring in some big time recruits and last year  winning a NSIC title.  Rocky is doing a great job up there. Mouw at DWU is making some huge strides too. I look forward to big things in both programs future.
