I was sitting across from this, and missed the actual strike but I can tell you what happened immediately after. It was during the Aberdeen/RC Stevens dual and some time during the first period of the Cole Dunlavy / Tait Crosswait match at 190 it got a little physical and Dunlavy slapped Crosswait in the face (again, I missed the actual strike so someone can correct me if I’m off on that) then the referee docked Dunlavy for striking - did not immediately eject him. Then there was an argument between Cole and his coach and then Dunlavy walked off the mat and didn’t come back.

there is no place for that in HS sports.  He has talent.  But he needs to be reeled in or no long compete..  could in the long run give the program a black eye..  no pun intended
