I am bringing together a group of passionate coaches to really hone in on our coaching skills, philosophies, and impact. This is going to be rewarding, and it's going to give us a coaches community. I've coached at the D1 level a total of 13 years at the University of Minnesota, Columbia University and Gardner-Webb. I continue to see the need for structure, direction, meaning and fellowship in our sport. I want help create it.
Most of us have little more than our own athletic experience to guide us through this challenging profession of coaching. Coaches need to practice their craft just like athletes if they want to be their best! Let's practice what we preach, leading by example!
It will be 6 Virtual sessions, spread out across your season on Sundays @ 5 PM EST.
I want to help you feel your strongest sense of direction, clarity and passion this season. ‼️‼️‼️ Get this paid for by asking your AD or your booster club to support you in your coaching development!

I just wanted to share an opportunity for coaches to come together in a big way that will increase your network of coaches in the community and continue to strengthen your coaching skillsets and philosophies.
Lead first by improving yourself.
As coaches, we tell our wrestlers that getting better requires intentional practice, effort and commitment. Mastering your coaching voice, style and impact is no different. We have to invest in ourselves, because we are so often the primary catalyst for positive change in our athletes and our culture.
This wrestling season I am hosting 6 virtual coaching workshops, taking place on select Sunday afternoons/ evenings. The aim is to focus on one or two core coaching concepts each meeting, while also utilizing the interactions with other passionate coaches to brainstorm and connect over our passion for coaching. Talking with other passionate and experienced coaches is one of the best ways to add to your coaching tool bag.
I spent 13 years in D1 coaching and now I truly want to work with high school and college coaches to help you create the team and culture that will make this year special.
Join me at our Warrior Steps Coaches Corner this fall and let’s put in the work together. If you are interested in making this season the most meaningful one yet, here's the link: WarriorSteps.com
Join the fellowship!
