If he has weighed in at 103 but has wrestled 112 he could still get half of his weigh-ins at 103. Not likely but it is possible.

He was out for an injury for awhile too so he won't have as many weigh-ins as some.

Why do the pundits keep listing Mr. Koupal at 135 when he wrestles every match at 140?

i noticed hutchenson (sp) from epj moved down to 125. will that kick hogg all the way of the list since that will be 4 rated from region 2b?

Seeing that Donnelly and Buum are also down, I would think Hutcheson is probably down to stay.  125 in region 2 will be brutal with Hutcheson, Heiberger, Donelan, Hegdahl, Hogg and Blindert.
