When I went through these duals I had this one being the closest. In my mind (which can be a scary place) I actually had this dual coming out 7 matches to 7, had to pick a winner based on who I thought would score more bonus points.

Yep he's from WF but also absolutely right.   WF alone thumps Region 4 - this dual is decided by at least 35 points.

Only matches I see Region 4 having chances are 132, 138, and 152 all would be good matches.
East region would pile up Bonus points in many weights.  Not a close dual, I am with WW, 35 point win for the East.
