Potter over Summers at 160 and Duncan over Muth at 220, otherwise I agree with your picks.
If you're going down, go down big!

Being they put two guys at the #4 spot, whoever you think would lose out of the two would be the "dark horse".
If you're going down, go down big!

195--Both Schlosser and Larsen are good wrestlers, so it is, as one might say, a horse apiece. But if you really need a Dark Horse, the Obaniana kid from Warner Northwestern is strong, but young.

On another note, it is too bad the Schmidt kid from Clark Willow Lake couldn't wrestle (with Monson, Tonak, and Schuelke in the lineup). He is a good wrestler.

Has Warner/Northwestern had a state qualifier since starting their program a few years ago?

We ran into them at the Milbank Dual Tournament this year, they have some solid kids. When all you hear about is teams fighting the numbers battle, it's great to see a new program making it happen.

We (Warner Northwestern) have not had a state qualifier yet, but we have 10 chances at one on Saturday. :)

In the first year, two wrestlers qualified for Regions.
Last year, four wrestlers qualified for Regions.
This year, ten wrestlers qualified for Regions.

Now with districts gone, I think we will get all 14 to Regions next year!  :P

Warner/Northwestern wrestlers are very young and a lot of them have been with the team since it started three years ago.  The youth program is going on its fifth year and next year 6 more move up into high school with 6 more moving into middle school.    I'm very existed about this young program and the amount of new kids showing interest is amazing.  Between k-12 we have around 70 kids out.

Great to see a new program doing so well.. Back in the 80's I believe Northwestern as it was called then, had some very good kids.. Even some moved up to the college ranks and did a good job.. Keep the ship a sailing it's nice to see some new blood in this great sport..

Yes we are very happy and so is Nick.  We had some bad luck with the flu getting three of our wrestlers during the night of Regions.  Our 132, 145, and 182 were up all night with the flu and no energy to even wrestle.  These are the things that we can't control.
